Yes! We absolutely can. I was at an event organised by one of the agents’ professional bodies a couple of weeks ago, sitting next to the ex-president of one of these organisations. He had a problem he’d been unsuccessfully chasing with HMRC for over six months – money paid by a client was acknowledged but not showing up against monies owing. I asked if he knew about our Agent Account Mangers who offer an individual resolution service for agents. He did, but hadn’t signed up for it. We would have found the answer, and have subsequently done so.

This service kicks in only if you have tried the normal routes and followed HMRC guidance and still can’t resolve your issue. We then find you a solution. And we helped resolve over 2,500 client issues last year.
