This week we have three meetings on two different subjects.

An introduction to CICs

CICs offer the option to register either as a company limited by share or guarantee.
This meeting covers:

  • an explanation of the CICs model for those interested in running a business with a social purpose
  • information about how to form a new CICs or convert an existing company to a CICs

Understanding the new PAYE system

HMRC have made digital improvements to the way we use real time information to make automatic adjustments to PAYE tax codes.

You have the choice of two meetings both of which cover:

  • how the change affects employers and their staff
  • where to get help and advice
