HMRC's Agent Engagement Survey

We would like to hear from you to understand your views on engaging with us.

The short web-based survey should only take 10 minutes to complete and we aim to collate anonymised information on how HMRC could improve its interaction with you. The second part of the survey is to help us understand the required functionality of Record Keeping Apps/software so that Third Party Providers can help us enhance and improve our services and products to our customers.

We have also been working with Agent Representative Bodies to encourage them to cascade the survey to their members.

The closing date for the survey is 13th March 2015.
