Disguised Remuneration
During this meeting we will look at case studies about how to settle your tax affairs and pay what you owe before the new loan charge applies. We will also have a team of experts involved in settling tax avoidance cases on hand to answer any of your questions.

Income from property
During this meeting we will look at helping you minimise risk for your clients. We are covering expenses, deductions, reliefs and repairs plus how to claim for the cost of replacing domestic items and the restrictions in place for income tax relief on finance costs.

Basis periods
Your basis period is the time period HMRC uses for tax and tends to be the same as your accounting period. This meeting looks at the different rules applied to commencement years and the effect on a basis period when there is a change of accounting date and overlapping periods. We will also give some tips for dealing with a change from sole trader to partnership and vice versa.

Trade losses generates a lot of contact with HMRC so we will be looking at the different ways trade losses may be relieved.
