HMRC normally issue Self Assessment repayments within 2 weeks. However we monitor all online transactions and have measures in place to protect you against fraud, this may cause a slight delay in the repayment being issued.
Please allow up to 4 weeks before contacting HMRC for an update about a Self Assessment repayment.
