Back in October, we hosted a Talking Points session about agent toolkits. During this session, we asked for your thoughts on the format and potential topics for new toolkits.

You said some of the links within the VAT Toolkits were not working correctly. We have updated them and all three toolkits are now live -
You also asked for a fourth box on the checklist to highlight areas where you needed more information.
We have added this to the three updated VAT toolkits and, will include it in each of the other toolkits as they are refreshed.
We still have other suggestions to work through and will provide updates via, email, Agent Update, Blog and Talking Points webpages.
