Many businesses assume that having a company name registered at Companies House protects the name. The only way to protect a name in trade is by registering as a trade mark. This week we have joined up with the Intellectual Property Office who will give an introduction to the benefits of Trade Marks Registration, how to register and check you are not infringing. As usual at these meetings you will be able to have the questions you ask answered by the experts.
