If you read Agent Update you will already be aware that we are looking at new ways to engage with the agent community. We know the value of two-way conversations and we want to move this forward into a more digital way of working.
We have developed a high level plan for providing more services and support for you through digital channels but we want to hear from you about how to do this.
We have now arranged a series of interactive workshops, to give you a chance to network with other tax professionals, share your thoughts and make suggestions on the benefits and barriers of digital engagement. These last no more than three hours and will be held around the country. We will also show you what we are doing digitally with SMEs and get your thoughts on what can be developed for agents.
If you fancy joining the conversation why not book a place on one of the workshops listed below?
